Both NEPA Elite 17U boys teams made it to championship brackets Sunday, based on their Saturday performances, but each lost and was eliminated from Zero Gravity’s The Summit at Spooky Nook Sports in Lancaster County.

Middlesex Magic-Alex ZGSL defeated NEPA Elite Coyle 17U, 54-46, in the 17U Platinum Championship bracket quarterfinals.

The NEPA Elite Cooper 17U boys had a bye into the semifinals of the six-team 17U Gold Championship bracket where it lost to Team Skills (PA) ZGXL, 69-57.

Mason Fedor scored 11 points in the first half for the Cooper team. James Pettinato joined him in double figures and Justin Love hit three 3-pointers.

Fedor is from Abington Heights; Pettinato is from Scranton Prep; and Love from Pocono Mountain West.

The other two NEPA Elite boys teams were in consolation brackets where they split.

The Joyce 16U boys defeated Boys 2 Men Select, 38-36.

The Miller 15U team lost to PVO, 62-39.
