NEPA Elite and Pittston Area alum J.J. Walsh made a successful college debut Tuesday night to finish as the leading King’s College scorer during an 81-47 victory over visiting Penn State Scranton.
Walsh went 5-for-10 from the floor, hitting three 3-pointers, to finish with 13 points. He also had three rebounds, three assists, two assists and a blocked shot.
The 5-foot-11 guard came off the bench to play 20 minutes. He was 3-for-8 on 3-pointers.
